In spirit it tastes brighter, cleaner, and lighter than the bulk organic cocoa that I used to use. Is still obviously cacao in all the best ways (which is why I say "in spirit"). Love the color. Ordered two bags as a trial; will be subscribing once they're gone.
I had a serious coffee addiction (non-stop waking to bed). I quit (brutal but worth it) and now am somehow able to enjoy one cacao in the morning, occasionally one in the afternoon. Love still having a hot beverage that is also nourishing my body and spirit. Cheers :)

I’ve drank many Cacaos and decided to give this a try due to the claimed amount of flavonoid, etc. I did not care for the taste, I could not drink it by itself. Had to mix another cacao powder with it to hide the flavor a bit
I make a smoothie out of cacao powder. If anything, I see less benefit in blood pressure and heart rate than with the other cacao powder that I used for ten years. Also, I miss the rich chocolaty taste. I'll keep using to see if things change and I get used to the taste.
I love Organic High Flavanol Cocoa Powder | Purple Cacao Powder. Was using the other brand of high flavanol cocoa powder which I was happy with as they did taste and work okay. I was a little apprehensive about switching to the raw powder before trying since I wasn't sure how I'd like the taste difference. Wow!! is all I can say after trying it. I mix it into my coffee to make a mocha with 1 tbsp of honey and a little milk. It is so rich, dreamy and creamy. It is my new heavenly morning routine to start my day! Plus, my unscientific perception is that the flavanols are strong and more effective. I'm glad I tried it! I'm hooked!

Best tasting and smelling cocoa I’ve ever had! Twice a day I place 2/2 cup of Greek yogurt 1/2 cup of blueberries. A few walnuts and almonds, a small amount of flax seed and a scoop of my Purple cocoa! I’ve become a big fan!! PS my a1c has gone down from 6.3 to 5.7.
So I reviewed this product (Love it!) but said I didn't like the 'grittiness'. The Owner of the company emailed me and said he would send me a 'frother' next time I ordered. The frother showed up yesterday and these photos show the difference. I love the Purple Chocolate, the Frother and the amazing customer service. This company has it all! Thank you!
So far, so good! I switched to Vital Purple after reading about the heavy metals expose involving mainstream traditional commercial cocoa powders. Also, having slightly elevated cholesterol and an immune disorder, I thought I would try this product based upon the reviews, which related that Vital Purple might have benefits in my areas of struggle. We shall see! My next round of medical tests is in a few months.
Delicious healthy breakfast jump starts my day. Whole milk organic greek yogurt, organic blue berries, pistachios, and the key to it all Royal Purple nibs. If I am behind in my shopping and run out of blueberries or pistachios or even both, I am still guaranteed a delicious satisfying energy boosting breakfast as long as I have my Royal Purple nibs for my yogurt or organic steel cut oats. So glad to be able to have found Vital Purple powerful cacao. I make up my drink in the morning instead of coffee. I have given up all caffeine products and found Vital Purple to be an excellent substitute. Highly recommend Buy when you can because they run out!

I did not like that it came in a tied up cheap paper bag that came ripped open and not a Glass jar as advertised. At least one of the nice sealed up Purple bags would have been great. Not to mention the packed was damaged and it was everywhere. Waiting to see results. Still have high hopes.

I am loving adding these Cocoa Nibs to my yogurt bowls! They are far superior to the fermented ones I have used in the past. I am so excited to find a product that is not fermented and retains all those amazing nutrients!
I had high expectations and I’m thrilled to say they were all met . There was both a calming and a focusing effect that comes with this vital purple. It is a premium cacao and you can tell when you mix it. Personally, I add mine with milk and coffee to create a home made mocha and a bit of coconut sugar. I rarely come across something this exceptional.

This stuff is nothing short of magic! So tasty, so delicious and highly effective. I've been a chocolate conneseur for over 50 years, and this stuff is righteous! I love it, but my poor little Akasha the Sky Dog can't partake. I do give her white chocolate however as she's my sweetheart and she saved me from myself when my daughter passed the day before Akasha was born.
I'll keep it short and (semi)sweet: a tablespoon a day keeps the statins away! Thank you for making an amazing product. It lowered my cholesterol 50 points in 45 days!
